Family-Owned U.S. Company Brings Innovation and Accessibility to Blind Soccer With First American-Made Pitch Panels
What began as a conversation between local friends has grown into an inspiring story of American craftsmanship and innovation. A family-owned business, Blind Soccer Panels USA, has proudly become the first U.S.-based fabricator to design and manufacture blind soccer pitch panels, supporting the expansion of the sport for athletes with visual impairments across the nation.
The idea was born when company founder Anthony Lorenti was approached by a local friend who shared that the U.S. Blind Soccer Association was looking for a domestic manufacturer capable of producing the specialized panels used to build blind soccer fields. Intrigued by the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful cause, Anthony Lorenti spent more than eight months researching materials, refining designs, and creating a prototype that would meet the Association’s standards for quality, safety, and functionality.
Working closely with an engineer then machined components were produced by our team to ensure exacting tolerances . The final assembly featured ACM front panels, custom cut and countersunk for a smooth, durable finish. The result was a sleek, fully functional prototype that represented a major milestone — the first U.S.-made blind soccer panel of its kind.
When representatives from the U.S. Blind Soccer Association, including the CEO and a local board member, visited to review the completed panel, their reaction was overwhelmingly positive. They officially certified the design, recognizing Blind Soccer Panels USA is the official fabricator for advancing the sport within the United States.

Today, Blind Soccer Panels USA continues to operate as a tight-knit, family-run business, made up of Anthony Lorenti, his wife, their son, daughter-in-law, daughter, and son-in-law. Together, they have refined the panel design, improving quality and usability with each production run. Their dedication reflects a shared commitment to excellence, community, and inclusion — values that have guided the company since day one.
